How We Do It

We have drawn upon our backgrounds in psychology to develop methods that give us a thorough understanding of the needs of the child and family. Our unique process enables us to best match children and families to the most appropriate schools.

Some families seek the benefits of our advice and guidance, while others also require our assistance in the enrolment process.

Meet the Team

Rebecca Pearce [BA Communications] is the Director of Which School? She majored in Psychology and Journalism and teaches English as a Second Language (TESOL). Rebecca has four children across three schools in Sydney.

Marcia Osborne [BA (Hons), T.Cert] founded Which School? in 1986 and continues as a consultant within the business. She has more than 30 years of wide-ranging experience in education.
